1. Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 of Days. If 7 Days days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Perishable items (if applicable)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Exchanges

7. Shipping Costs

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
